Higher Standards

"We love CDM's software, it is very flexible and easy to use, but the real reason we continue to remain a client is their service, I just can't buy that kind of support anywhere else!"

DataBase Doctor™
Clinical Data Management's DataBase Doctor service provides trauma departments with in-depth review, analysis and recommendations for their trauma registry program. We evaluate server and workstation characteristics and configurations as it relates to your trauma registry. The software is analyzed for update levels, index configuration and user/security setup. The database is analyzed for data integrity, pattern, code and field validity and much more and the general health of your patient database is reviewed and analyzed.

CDM recommendations utilize our many years experience maintaining the growth and usability of trauma registry systems. After our thorough analysis of your system, we will provide a written analysis and recommendations. This report will contain summary reports; detail reports and suggestions on how to better utilize your system and maintain solid, complete, and reportable patient data. CDM recommends that this type of analysis should be done on your database every couple of years and, in particular, prior to any type of outside review of your system. Contact CDM for more information and pricing.

Consultation Visit
CDM offers a one day on-site consultation visit service. This consultation visit can be used for a variety of purposes: meeting with the department's trauma administrators; review of DataBase Doctor recommendations; special project review; registry integration into program goals; or integration of registry into grant/research or community goals. Contact CDM for more information and pricing.

Custom Imports
CDM services include building custom imports to import data from other formats including ascii, comma and tab delimited. Typical data sets include demographic, procedure, diagnosis and financial data. If you would like more information contact CDM.

Custom Exports
CDM also offers custom export creation. Data can be exported out of all CDM systems to ascii, comma and tab delimited formats and others. Call CDM for more information.

Re-Tutoring
CDM offers Re-Tutoring services for departments where staff has changed and new employees may need beginner training. While tutor sessions are NOT meant to replace the training courses offered by CDM, they will enable new users to learn the basics in a short period of time. Most tutor sessions are held via remote connection to your computer for a full hands-on experience. Remote connections can be via PcAnywhere, RAS, VPN or modem. Sessions typically do not extend beyond one hour due to "information overload". For more details and pricing contact CDM.

ACS Review Support
The Clinical Data Management support team will be on call for you during outside reviews such as ACS or State reviews. During reviews, a senior staff member will be available at all times to assist you. Services typically include help runnning reports the reviewers request for immediate access. Just call the Support Hub before your review for the name and cell phone number of the senior staff member on call for you.
